Return to DoM?

From reading/listening to OoTP - I think it seems likely that Harry will return to the Department of Mysteries and will gain access to that room that is locked and contains a manifestation of love - the greatest power.
Indeed, this is why I think Dumbledore told Harry what was in that room ...

But how?
What circumstance could lead to Harry and maybe even Voldemort returning to the DoM?
Do you think Harry or Voldemort will actually go back there?

I do have a thread discussing the relevance of the Veil and other things in DoM and their relation to book 7 and a re-visit here (http://www.thefinalhorcrux.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1296)- so this thread isnt so much about the objects but more about Harry and or Voldemort returning to DoM to gain access to the greatest power - one Voldemort knows not and Harry is strongest in!

There is probably a direct way there from Hogwarts, we saw how the vanishing cabinets worked in 6. There may be a direct correlation between the RoR and the circular room-they both seem to obey a direct order, they both have strong ties to space and time. If Voldemort has accessed Hogwarts like I believe he did in the end of 6-he and Harry are likely to meet again in the CoS, but also wouldn't rule out the RoR and The DoM. JKR did say she had to take Harry to all these places in 5 and she couldn't really cut Order down in size at all.

I would say that now, more than ever, there would be even more security around the DoM than before, in the OoTP. Before, it was undercover work by the Order, but now that Voldemort is out, the Ministry would certainly tighten the security, so access for Voldemort, and Harry would be difficult. However, Voldemort, would no doubt make his way into it, most likely through a mole. Harry, he will find a way, possibly through what SMajor mentioned, a vanishing cupboard, or something. But I do think that a return is in store. Maybe Harry might learn to disguise himself, like Tonks, and thus be able to make it into the DoM that way.

Maybe slightly OT but I was surprised how easily people could move around the MoM after hours!
Then we had Voldemort apparently apparating directly in and out of there ... that just seems a little lax!
Still - floo powder seems to do the trick - most people were coming in via the floo network ...

I'm trying to think of reasons that Harry would return there but given all we saw in OoTP I really think that both him and Voldemort will be back there - the whole veil thing and then the room filled with love ... you have to think they are going back there!

It just seems so unlikely that the big face off will take place there - but it seems armed with all the tools for the job!
I just wonder if maybe somewhere along the line a Horcrux ended up in that place and it might be one of the last one's Harry goes to find???

maybe the final battle between harry and voldemort is in the Veil room? since harry cant cast the killing curse (yet at least) maybe he will push Voldemort through the veil? it took sirius out of the picture, would do the same to voldemort. not mention he would probably be terrified of the veil to begin with, it is connected to death somehow..... i dunno, just a thought

The veil would be a real mixed bag to Voldemort - on one hand he can't come back but on the other hand, he would be in limbo and as such alive - well to a fashion I suppose.
I think the DoM will be back but struggling and wondering how - I mean that room filled with love that was pointed out in OoTP cant go to waste now can it ;)
Voldemort walked into the MoM before - I think he could do it again, question is how or why does Harry go back?
